A major effort has already been made by manufacturers in the nuclear sector to digitize, digitize and even robotize certain tasks. This effort makes it possible to improve the standardization and reliability of industrial processes. For example, the introduction of “IoT” technologies makes it possible to generate more structured data to monitor installations, and to better plan maintenance interventions.
Nevertheless, the competence of the French nuclear sector is still based mainly on the skills and professionalism of its field operators. In this sector, 2/3 of the jobs (i.e. 133,000 jobs in France) are occupied by employees, technicians, and highly competent master’s agents.
In order toincrease the competitiveness of the sector, one lever is therefore to improve the digital capacities of these actors in the field. The introduction of innovative Intelligent Voice Assistance solutions will address this challenge.
As part of the recovery plan for the nuclear sector, SIMSOFT INDUSTRY proposes the innovation project AVI-TECHNUC which aims to develop aAssistance Vocale Intelligente (AVI) to guide the NICIANTECH NUCof the future (TECHNUC) in its production, maintenance or deconstruction operations, and help it in particular in the recovery of its field observations. This solution will benefit from the latest developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will take into account the specificities of the professions while respecting the constraints of safety, security and sovereignty specific to the French nuclear sector.
For André JOLY,Managing Director of SIMSOFT INDUSTRY, ” this project validates the gradual maturity of the industrial market on innovative technologies such as intelligent voice assistance. Indeed, manufacturers realize the importance of providing means of assistance to their field operators to guarantee the success of their digitalization approach and achieve their associated performance objectives. »
With the support of the state and actors in the sector such as EDF, Framatome or Spie Nucléaire,SIMSOFT INDUSTRY plans important recruitments to meet the technical and organizational challenges of this ambitious project. The operational implementation of intelligent voice assistance solutions for the benefit of a critical sector will allow the company to develop other markets in the automotive, aerospace, defense, luxury, or agri-food sectors.
